Agreement versions

This Policy applies to Move Memo on iPhone, Apple Watch, and its widgets. It does not govern the separate company website policy. The controller is Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd. (“we”), and the app identifier is com.kewoku.fitness.

Move Memo requires no registration or login, provides no operator account, and creates no user profile on the operator's own servers. When iCloud sync is enabled, the App creates a profile record in your private Apple CloudKit database for device-to-device sync.

Profile: a display name, avatar, biological sex, date of birth, height, weight, body-fat percentage, lean body mass, and waist circumference that you enter or authorize. When you turn on iCloud sync, your nickname and a compressed avatar are stored in your private Apple CloudKit database. You can turn sync off or delete cloud data in Settings at any time.

Apple Health: workouts and routes; steps; walking/running/cycling distance and speed; cadence and stride/step length; heart rate, resting heart rate, recovery, and variability; active and resting energy; height, weight, BMI, body composition, waist circumference, VO₂ max, blood-oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, flights climbed, stand time, daylight time, sleep, date of birth, biological sex, and connected-source information, depending on device support and the individual Health permissions you grant.

Workout recording: precise coordinates, time, altitude, speed, accuracy, route, distance, and pace only for a route-based workout you start; Motion & Fitness information such as steps and cadence; and Apple Watch workout measurements.

Other information: preferences, widget summaries, agreement/privacy-choice version and timestamps, and diagnostic details that you deliberately include in a support email.

We process information only to provide the feature you select: recording and displaying workouts, calculating summaries and trends, saving user-initiated results to Apple Health, synchronizing a paired Apple Watch, synchronizing the disclosed profile and nonsensitive preferences through Apple iCloud, showing widgets, honoring privacy choices, and answering support requests.

Where applicable, ordinary local processing is necessary to provide the requested feature. Health, body, precise-location, and route information is treated as sensitive data and is processed only with your explicit consent and any required Apple system authorization for the feature you choose. You may withdraw either choice without affecting prior lawful processing.

Health access is requested by data type through Apple Health. Location is requested when a route feature needs it and may continue during an active workout in the background. Motion & Fitness supports steps and cadence. Camera access is used only when you take an avatar; Apple's photo picker can provide a selected image without broad library access.

Refusing a permission affects only the dependent feature. Without consent, you can still browse pages and use local settings that do not depend on that data.

Profile information, app-created workouts, routes, map snapshots, preferences, and choice records are stored in the app's sandbox or local database. HealthKit information remains managed by Apple Health. You turn on iCloud sync separately in Settings: nickname and a compressed avatar sync through your private Apple CloudKit database; nonsensitive appearance, unit, and layout preferences sync through Apple iCloud key-value storage. You can turn sync off or delete cloud data in Settings at any time.

Health data, body information, workouts, precise location, and routes are not uploaded by the App's iCloud sync feature. WatchConnectivity may transfer a workout between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch, and an App Group provides limited summaries to widgets. We do not upload this information to our own servers.

We do not sell personal information. HealthKit, Motion & Fitness, body-profile, precise-location, and route data is not provided to an advertising platform, data broker, or information reseller and is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

Apple system services and the local GRDB component are described in the Third-Party Services List. If you use the system share sheet, only the content you select is sent to the recipient or service you choose.

The current version contains no advertising SDK, shows no ads, makes no advertising request, and does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization. It offers no in-app purchase, auto-renewable subscription, or paid membership; all current features are free. Move Memo currently uses no separate analytics, crash-reporting, or social-login SDK.

A future version may introduce advertising or paid services. Before enabling them, we will update this Policy, the Third-Party Services List, and related terms. Any new personal-information processing will be presented with the notice, choice, or consent required by applicable law and Apple rules.

Local data remains until you delete an individual record, use Delete All App Data, or uninstall the app. Nonsensitive preferences, nickname, and avatar remain in iCloud until you delete cloud data on the iCloud Sync page or use Delete All App Data; turning sync off alone does not delete existing cloud data. Cloud deletion requires a usable network connection and iCloud account; the App reports a failure and lets you retry. Data written to Apple Health must be viewed or deleted separately in Apple Health.

We hold no copy on our own servers and therefore cannot retrieve it remotely. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

You can view or correct profile information, delete workouts, use Delete All App Data, withdraw consent to personal information processing, and manage every Apple permission in Settings or Apple Health. Where applicable law grants additional rights—such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal, or objection—email privacy@kewoku.com. We may verify the request and will respond within the legally required period.

Move Memo is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law. Any locally required guardian consent or supervision also applies. The current release contains no ads or cross-app tracking. A guardian may contact us to request assistance with locally stored information.

We use the iOS application sandbox, system permission controls, data minimization, and local processing of sensitive data. No technical measure eliminates all risk. If an incident within our control creates a legally reportable risk, we will investigate and provide required notices.

Product availability follows the regions shown in the App Store. The App filing number is 豫ICP备2026034007号-2A, with a filing lookup available from the App's About page. Apple may process information needed for Apple services under its own regional arrangements.

Material changes to purposes, categories, sharing, advertising, or user rights will be highlighted in the app and, where required, presented for renewed consent before the new processing begins. The effective date and policy version will be updated.

These Terms are between you and Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd. and govern Move Memo and related local features. By tapping “Agree and Continue”, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Tapping “Not Now” is not recorded as agreement acceptance.

When the app is obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies unless a valid Custom EULA is provided. These Terms govern our product service and do not reduce mandatory rights under the applicable Apple agreement or consumer law.

You must have the legal capacity required where you live. Move Memo is not directed to children under 13; any higher minimum age or guardian requirement under local law applies.

Move Memo provides workout recording, Apple Health views and writes authorized by you, activity and body trends, widgets, Apple Watch collaboration, profile features, and sharing tools. Available functions depend on device hardware, system version, region, permissions, and app version.

All current features are free. The current version contains no advertising, advertising SDK, in-app purchase, or auto-renewable subscription. Move Memo provides no operator account, cloud workout backup, social network, or separate analytics SDK.

Subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use Move Memo on Apple-branded products you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, bypass security or payment controls, or reverse engineer except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it.

Move Memo is a consumer fitness record and information tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor a disease, provide emergency response, or replace a physician or qualified professional. Sensors, Health data, maps, positioning, and calculated metrics can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Assess your condition and surroundings before exercise. Stop and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell or face an emergency. Do not operate the app in a way that distracts you or creates traffic, route, weather, or personal-safety risk.

Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Each sensitive Apple permission is optional and requested for its described feature. Refusal or withdrawal affects only that dependent feature. Never use the app to record another person's health or location without lawful authority.

You retain rights in profile information, workouts, routes, photos, and share cards you create. The system share sheet sends only the content you choose to the recipient or service you select. Before sharing, check that the card or route does not expose a home, workplace, health condition, or another person's information.

Use Move Memo lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or Apple services, introduce malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, infringe intellectual property or privacy, falsify transactions, use automated abuse, or use the app for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or activity.

The current release has no advertising or paid service and presents no purchase flow. A future release may introduce ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Before launch, we will update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and related notices and clearly present pricing, benefits, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and restoration details. You may choose whether to use any such future service.

HealthKit, iCloud, MapKit, Core Location, Core Motion, WatchConnectivity, WidgetKit, and App Store services are provided by Apple and may change or be unavailable. Their terms and privacy rules also apply. We are responsible for Move Memo, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our app except as required by the applicable EULA.

We may maintain, fix, improve, add, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary. We will not use an update to begin materially different personal-information processing without the notice or consent required by law. Back up or share any information you need before deleting the app; the operator cannot recover device-only data.

Move Memo's software, design, text, and branding are owned by us or the respective rights holders. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses, which are available in the app. Feedback may be used to improve the product without transferring ownership of your personal content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions or inaccuracies caused by device sensors, satellite signals, Apple services, networks, unsupported devices, misuse, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any nonwaivable consumer right.

You may stop using Move Memo at any time and delete local data or uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate access to a feature for material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or service discontinuation, using reasonable notice where practicable. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Please first contact movememo@kewoku.com to seek a practical resolution. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Privacy questions: privacy@kewoku.com.

Data: Display name, avatar, biological sex, date of birth, height, weight, BMI, body-fat percentage, lean body mass, and waist circumference that you enter or authorize.

Purpose: Show your profile and body trends.

Storage and disclosure: Nickname and a compressed avatar are stored in your private Apple CloudKit database while iCloud sync is enabled. Biological sex, date of birth, and all body information are excluded from the App's iCloud sync. Authorized HealthKit records remain managed by Apple Health and are not provided to us or an advertising service.

Data: Workouts and routes; steps, distance, speed, cadence, stride; heart rate and related measures; energy; body metrics; VO₂ max; blood oxygen; respiratory rate; flights, stand time, daylight time, sleep, and connected-source information, subject to device support and each Health permission.

Purpose: Display summaries and trends, support widgets and Apple Watch workouts, and write a completed workout to Apple Health when you request it.

Storage and disclosure: Processed on your devices through HealthKit. Not uploaded to our servers or used for advertising.

Data: Precise coordinates, time, altitude, speed, accuracy, distance, pace, and the resulting route.

Purpose: Record and display a route-based workout that you start.

Storage and disclosure: Stored on your device and, when you choose, written to Apple Health. Not provided to us or an advertising service.

Data: Steps, cadence, supported motion measurements, and workout data exchanged with your paired Apple Watch.

Purpose: Calculate workout metrics and keep an active workout synchronized between paired devices.

Storage and disclosure: Processed locally or transferred between your paired Apple devices.

Data: A profile photo you take, an image selected through Apple's photo picker, and workout cards you create.

Purpose: Set an avatar or create content that you choose to share.

Storage and disclosure: A compressed avatar is stored as an asset in your private Apple CloudKit database while iCloud sync is enabled. Share cards are not included in iCloud sync. Only content you select is sent through the system share sheet to your chosen recipient.

Data: Appearance, layout, widget settings, privacy mode, and agreement or consent version and timestamp.

Purpose: Remember settings, apply your choices, and demonstrate that required notices were presented.

Storage and disclosure: While iCloud sync is enabled, appearance, measurement-unit, and page-display preferences sync through your Apple iCloud key-value storage. Privacy-mode and agreement or consent records remain only on the device.

Data: Your email address and the text, screenshots, or diagnostic details that you voluntarily include in an email.

Purpose: Answer support, privacy, and security requests and prevent abuse.

Storage and disclosure: Handled through email and retained only as reasonably necessary for the request and legal obligations.

Reads or writes only the health and workout types you authorize. Apple Health stores and manages HealthKit data; it is never used by Move Memo for advertising.

Core Location records a route for a workout you start; Core Motion supports steps and cadence; MapKit displays maps. Apple may process information required to provide its system services.

After you turn on iCloud sync, the App first makes one lightweight request to an Apple website that contains no in-app information, then starts iCloud sync. Your private Apple CloudKit database syncs nickname and a compressed avatar, while Apple iCloud key-value storage syncs nonsensitive preferences. You can turn it off or delete cloud data in Settings at any time. Health, body, workout, and route data are excluded from the App's iCloud sync. WatchConnectivity transfers workouts between paired devices; App Groups and WidgetKit provide limited summaries to widgets.

Provides app distribution, download, updates, and system-level services. The current release does not offer an in-app purchase or subscription through the App Store.

Open-source local database component. It does not provide advertising or analytics and does not independently upload data. The bundled open-source notices identify the version distributed with the App.

When: Requested by individual Health data type when you enable a Health-dependent view, widget, or workout feature.

Use and control: Shows activity and body trends and, when you request it, saves a completed workout. Refusal affects only Health-dependent features. Manage access in Apple Health or iOS Settings.

When: Requested when you start a workout that records a route. Location may continue in the background only during that active workout.

Use and control: Records route, distance, pace, altitude, and map position. Refusal leaves non-route functions available. Manage access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.

When: Requested when a workout or activity view needs steps, distance, or cadence from the device motion system.

Use and control: Supports step and cadence measurements. Refusal affects the dependent measurements only. Manage access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness.

When: Requested only after you choose to take a profile photo.

Use and control: Captures an avatar. While iCloud sync is enabled, a compressed avatar is stored in your private Apple CloudKit database. You can turn sync off in the App's Settings. Refusal leaves the default avatar and photo-picker option available; manage camera access in iOS Settings.

When: Apple's system photo picker opens when you choose an existing avatar or share-card background.

Use and control: The app receives only the image you select and does not request broad photo-library access.

Delete an individual record from workout history. If it was also saved to Health, manage that copy separately in the Health app.

Use the Health app to withdraw 运动记's access and view or delete health and workout data written by the App.

In Settings → Privacy & Compliance → Data, Permissions & Third Parties, choose Delete All App Data. This permanently deletes workouts, routes, the local profile and avatar, preferences, widget caches, agreement/privacy-choice records, and the nonsensitive preferences, nickname, and avatar stored by the App in iCloud. A failed cloud deletion is reported for retry and is not presented as success. The first-run choice screen then returns. Apple Health data is not deleted and remains managed in Health. Uninstalling deletes the local app container but does not by itself delete data previously stored in iCloud.

Health-related indicators and precise location may be sensitive personal information. The App explains the purpose and requests the relevant Apple permission only when you use the feature. Refusal or withdrawal affects only the corresponding feature.

Health, workout, body, and route data stays on the device or in Apple Health. While iCloud sync is enabled, nickname, avatar, and nonsensitive preferences are stored in your private Apple iCloud space. This information is not sent to the operator. The current release contains no advertising or in-app purchase. The App filing is complete. If the service scope or personal-information processing changes, we will reassess it and complete any required notice, separate consent, impact assessment, or other compliance steps.

You may access, correct, or delete local profile and workout data, turn sync off or delete cloud data on the iCloud Sync page, and withdraw system permissions. Contact privacy@kewoku.com for help.

Users under 14 should have a guardian read these documents and provide appropriate consent and guidance. The current release contains no advertising or cross-app tracking.

Local processing is performed to provide features you request. Health data is special-category data and is processed only with your explicit consent and Apple Health permission. You may withdraw at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

The current release contains no advertising SDK, shows no ads, and requests no cross-app or website tracking authorization. If a future release enables those features, we will first update the notice and provide any required choice or consent.

Only data necessary for selected features is processed. Local profile and workout records remain until deleted or the App is uninstalled. Nickname, avatar, and nonsensitive preferences in iCloud remain until you delete cloud data on the sync page. Apple Health manages HealthKit. Health, fitness, body, precise-location and route data is not provided to advertisers.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; or complain to your data-protection authority. Use in-app, system and Health controls for device-local data, or contact privacy support.

The operator does not upload health, location, profile, or workout records to its servers. Apple may process data required for user-enabled Apple services. The current release has no advertising provider.

Consumer health data may include body information you enter, authorized Apple HealthKit health and fitness metrics, and location, route, speed, distance and motion data generated during a workout. Sources are your input, Apple HealthKit, device sensors and Apple Watch.

This data is used only for health dashboards, trends, workouts, routes, widgets and Apple Watch collaboration that you request. It is not used for advertising, profiling, credit, insurance, employment or cross-context behavioral targeting.

The operator does not sell consumer health data or use it for targeted advertising and does not provide health, fitness, body, precise-location or route data to advertising providers.

The current release contains no advertising, advertising tracking, or in-app purchase. If a future release introduces one, we will update this notice before enabling it and provide any controls required by applicable state law.

View and correct profile data and delete workouts in the App; delete cloud data on the iCloud Sync page; manage Health data in Health; or use Delete All App Data. The operator cannot remotely access data stored only on your device or in your private iCloud space. Contact privacy@kewoku.com for assistance.

If consumer health data is acquired or disclosed without authorization as defined by applicable law, the operator will investigate and notify affected users, authorities or other required parties.

The App is not directed to children under 13. The current release contains no advertising or cross-app tracking and does not process children's health information for advertising profiles.

The App is a consumer fitness and health-recording tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency response. Information is for general reference and does not replace professional judgment.

Use the App, Apple Health, and system settings to exercise applicable data rights, or email privacy@kewoku.com. If we refuse a request, appeal by replying to the decision or emailing with “Consumer Health Data Appeal” in the subject; we will respond in writing within the applicable period. We follow meaningful notice, appropriate purpose, minimization and security principles and provide access, correction, deletion and complaint support as required by applicable law.

Where the LGPD applies, we respect applicable rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, port data, withdraw consent and complain to the authority under the legal basis for each feature.

We apply purpose limitation, necessity, security and user-rights principles. Providers, personalization, identifiers, overseas provision or outsourced processing are disclosed and managed as local rules require. Health and precise routes are not used for ads.

We provide privacy notices and choices, protections for minors, security-event notices, and complaint channels under local rules. Common standards include data minimization and no loss of unrelated features for refusing an optional permission.

Mandatory local rights prevail. Send a request to privacy@kewoku.com with your country or region and the App name so the applicable process can be followed.
