This Policy applies to the Our Tiny Days app for iPhone and iPad, identified as com.kewoku.babylog. The App is provided and operated by Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd., a company registered in China, referred to as “we.”

Baby profiles and care records are stored and processed only on your device. We do not receive, hold, or remotely access that content. The App is a baby-care record tool for parents and guardians, and for caregivers who have the parent’s or guardian’s explicit authorization. It is not intended for independent use by children.

Baby profile: nickname, birth date and time, due date, sex, gestational age, birth height/weight/head circumference, blood type, allergy information, country or region and growth-reference preference, plus an avatar or profile background you select.

Care and health records: feeding type, amount, nursing side and duration; water, solid food, sleep, urination, bowel movements, diaper changes, bathing, medication, vaccination, temperature, height, weight, head circumference, symptoms, doctor visits, milestones, and custom records. Records may also contain dates, notes, doses, vaccination sites, reactions, and photos you choose.

Preferences and reminders: measurement units, first day of the week, display preferences, reminder times and wording, pending local notifications, the accepted privacy-notice version and time, backup-export time, and local state needed for recovery. This information is entered or selected by you, or generated when you use the relevant feature.

The App processes this information on the device only to provide the feature you request: creating baby profiles, recording and displaying care events, producing summaries and growth trends, applying your selected growth reference, scheduling on-device reminders, and creating or restoring backups.

Baby health, body measurements, medication, vaccination, and photos may be sensitive information. Enter them only when you are the baby’s parent or guardian, or have the parent’s or guardian’s explicit authorization, and avoid adding information that is unnecessary for your record-keeping purpose.

Notifications are requested only when you enable a reminder and are used for on-device feeding, medication, vaccination, or similar alerts. You can cancel a pending reminder in the App or disable notification permission in Settings.

Reminders access is requested only when you choose to add the next vaccination or medication time to Apple Reminders. It is used to create, update, or remove that item. iOS may describe the access needed to create and maintain reminder items as Full Access. Denying or withdrawing it does not affect the original record or features that do not depend on Reminders.

Camera access is used only when you choose to take a baby profile photo. Apple's photo picker provides only the images you select, which are then copied into the App's local data.

The system file picker accesses only the destination or backup file you choose during export or import. Refusing a permission affects only the feature that depends on it.

Baby profiles, care records, photos, and preferences are stored in the App sandbox in a local database or preferences. Pending reminders are held by the iOS notification system. A temporary recovery backup created before a restore also remains in the App sandbox.

The current version provides no provider-managed user account, family sharing, or App-managed iCloud data sync and does not upload this content to our servers. Depending on your device and Apple account settings, iOS may include App data in an Apple device backup under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

A backup you deliberately export contains baby profiles, records, and related photos and is saved where you choose. Once it leaves the App sandbox, you are responsible for protecting it. Check the recipient and storage provider before sharing or uploading a backup.

We do not sell baby or caregiver information, use it for advertising or cross-app tracking, build marketing profiles, act as a data broker, or provide it to advertising platforms or independent analytics services.

The App uses Apple system services for notifications, Reminders, selected photos, camera capture, and file picking. GRDB performs local database operations, and JXPhotoBrowser displays images locally. In the current integration, these components do not send baby profiles or care records to their developers. When you export through a system feature, only the content you select is passed to the destination you choose.

Local data remains until you delete the relevant record or baby profile, replace current data with a backup, or uninstall the App. Privacy Choices, under About & Privacy – Privacy & Legal, lets you delete all on-device App data, including baby profiles, care records and their photos, preferences, the pre-restore recovery backup, and pending App notifications. Backup files you exported and any Apple device backup are not deleted and must be managed where they are stored.

The same page lets you withdraw privacy consent without deleting existing data. The App cancels reminders it can remove and does not reopen its main features until you consent again. iOS controls camera, notification, and Reminders permission, which you can withdraw in system Settings. If Reminders access is already disabled, the App may be unable to remove an item it previously added to Apple Reminders; manage that item in the Reminders app. Because we hold no server copy, we cannot remotely view, export, recover, or delete device-only data. Contact us using the address below if you need instructions.

Deleting local data or uninstalling does not cancel Apple subscriptions; manage these in your Apple Account. Advertising consent is given together with privacy consent and is withdrawn as a whole under Privacy Choices → Withdraw privacy consent; afterwards no ads are requested and the App returns to the agreement screen. Apple verifies subscription access; backups and preferences cannot grant it.

The user should be a parent or guardian with the legal capacity required where they live, or a caregiver with the parent’s or guardian’s explicit authorization—not a child independently creating an account or submitting information. Make sure you are entitled to record the baby's information and control who can access the device and exported backups.

If a photo or note includes another child, family member, or healthcare professional, obtain any permission required before recording or sharing it. The current version has no child-directed advertising, purchase encouragement, or cross-app tracking.

We use the iOS app sandbox, system permission controls, and data minimization to limit access. No local-storage method eliminates risks from a lost or compromised device, malware, a weak passcode, or an insecure exported backup. Use a reliable device passcode and protect backup files.

The App is a care-record and information-organizing tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor disease and does not provide emergency assistance. Summaries, growth charts, and reference ranges do not replace advice from a pediatrician or another qualified professional.

If purposes, information categories, sharing, advertising, or user rights materially change, we will update the version and effective date and provide a prominent notice or renewed consent before new processing where required by law.

If you email us, we receive your email address and any message or attachment you choose to provide. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations, and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary. Do not send unrelated baby health information or photos. To protect baby information, we may need to verify the requester's relationship to the data. For device-only data, we will provide practical local instructions.

Our Tiny Days is for parents, guardians and authorized adult caregivers. Advertising is part of the free service and starts only after accepting the in-app Terms and Privacy Policy, without a separate first-run advertising switch. Declining the agreements keeps the App on the agreement screen. Advertising consent is not withdrawn separately; to stop advertising, withdraw the overall consent under Privacy Choices → Withdraw privacy consent.

With your permission, TradPlus mediation and its ad providers process device model, operating system, device identifiers, IP and network information, approximate region, ad impressions and interactions, performance and diagnostics to deliver non-personalized ads, measure delivery and prevent fraud. Tracking capabilities, including IDFA, are allowed only after separate iOS tracking permission. Advertising consent does not grant tracking permission; you may refuse tracking and continue using the App.

TradPlus provides mediation. Mainland China uses Tencent GDT and TradPlus Exchange; other regions use Google AdMob and TradPlus Exchange. TradPlus determines the network region; no ad is requested when it is unknown. International services may process advertising data outside your country. Provider policies below explain processing locations, retention and rights.

Baby names, birth dates, sex, photos, feeding, sleep, health, medication, vaccinations, growth measurements and notes are never sent to ad providers or used for profiling, targeting or ad-revenue analysis. The ad component receives only a local eligibility decision.

Withdraw consent as a whole at My → Settings → About & Privacy → Privacy & Legal → Privacy Choices → Withdraw privacy consent. Withdrawal stops new requests, clears App-managed ad caches and returns the App to the agreement screen. Contact providers through their policies to request access to or deletion of data they already processed. A Google privacy-options entry appears here when required.

Non-personalized ads may still consider approximate region inferred from IP, language, device, the current app and ad context. The App supplies no baby information or custom targeting tags. Report inappropriate ads here using only the ad name, time and issue; do not attach baby information.

These Terms are between you and Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd., a company registered in China, referred to as “we,” and govern the Our Tiny Days app for iPhone and iPad and its on-device features. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

When the App is obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies unless we provide a valid Custom EULA. These Terms describe our product service and do not reduce mandatory rights under the Apple agreement or consumer law.

You must have the legal capacity required where you live. The App is for parents and guardians, and for caregivers who have the parent’s or guardian’s explicit authorization. It is not intended for independent use by children.

You are responsible for having lawful authority to record the baby's profile, health and care information, and to add photos or notes involving family members, other children, or healthcare professionals. If several people share a device, you are responsible for controlling access to the device and backup files.

The App provides baby profiles; feeding and everyday-care records; health events such as medication and vaccination; growth measurements and trends; on-device reminders; and backup and restore. Available features depend on device hardware, iOS version, region, system permissions, and App version.

The current release requires no registration or login and provides no provider-managed user account, family sharing, or App-managed cloud sync. It contains no advertising, advertising SDK, in-app purchase, or auto-renewable subscription.

No registration or login is required. Optional advertising and monthly or annual auto-renewable ad-free subscriptions are available. There is no provider-managed account, family collaboration or App-managed cloud sync. See section 13 and the Privacy Policy.

Subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, bypass security measures, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it.

The App is a care-record and information-organizing tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor disease, recommend medication doses, provide emergency assistance, or replace a pediatrician or another qualified professional. Growth charts, reference ranges, summaries, and information you enter may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

If a baby appears unwell, may be having an allergic reaction, has a medication issue, or faces an emergency, contact an appropriate healthcare provider or local emergency service. Do not rely on the App for a medical decision.

Reminders are a convenience only. A notification may be delayed, hidden, or removed because of permission settings, Focus modes, device shutdown, system scheduling, time settings, App deletion, or another device condition.

You remain responsible for checking feeding, medication, vaccination, and follow-up schedules and for following instructions from a clinician, medicine label, or vaccination provider. Do not use the App as the only or safety-critical reminder.

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in baby profiles, records, notes, and photos you enter and are responsible for their legality, accuracy, and necessity. Do not add information you have no right to process or use the App to infringe another person's privacy, image rights, intellectual property, or other rights.

Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Baby profiles and records stay on the device by default in the current release. Before exporting a backup or sending content through a system feature, check that the destination and recipient are trustworthy.

Use the App lawfully. Do not use it for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, infringement, or conduct that harms a child's rights; introduce malicious code; attack or interfere with the App or Apple services; exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorized access; or abuse features through automation.

We hold no server copy of baby data. Information may be unrecoverable after device damage or loss, system failure, App deletion, or failure to keep a usable backup. Export backups when appropriate and protect them with a reliable storage method.

Restoring a backup may replace profiles and records currently on the device. Check the backup source, creation date, and contents before restoring. Once a backup leaves the App sandbox, its access, transfer, and security depend on the file location or third-party service you choose.

The App Store, iOS notifications, camera, photo picker, file picker, and device backup are provided by Apple and may change or become unavailable because of the system, account, network, region, or Apple's policies. Apple's applicable terms and privacy rules also apply.

We, not Apple, are responsible for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support except as required by the applicable EULA.

We may maintain, fix, improve, add, or discontinue a feature for security, compatibility, legal, or product reasons. We will provide information about material changes when reasonably practicable. An update will not begin materially different personal-information processing without the notice or consent required by law.

Export information you need before deleting the App, changing devices, or taking another action that may affect local data.

The App's software, interface design, text, graphics, trademarks, and branding are owned by us or their respective rights holders. Open-source components, including GRDB and JXPhotoBrowser, remain governed by their own licenses. We may use product feedback to improve the service, but this does not transfer your rights in baby data or other personal content.

Membership is provided by Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd. Monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions offer the same benefits: no in-app advertising and a color picker to choose any color for any record type while subscribed. Preset colors and existing care-record features remain free. Applied colors remain after expiry, but choosing a new arbitrary color requires active membership. Membership does not include family collaboration or cloud sync.

The purchase page shows Apple's actual localized price, currency and billing period for your storefront. Apple charges your account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges for renewal within the final 24 hours. Price changes and required consent follow Apple's notices.

Cancel or change plans in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or use Manage Subscription here. Cancellation generally takes effect after the paid period, and benefits continue until expiry. Both plans belong to the same subscription group and level; Apple's confirmation determines when a change takes effect.

After reinstalling or changing devices, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases on the membership page. No App account is required. We receive no card details or full payment information. Apple-signed product, transaction, expiry and renewal information verifies access and is not provided to ad platforms.

Ad-free access ends after expiry, refund, revocation or loss of entitlement; advertising still depends on your separate privacy choices. Deleting the App or local data does not cancel your Apple subscription. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's process and mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible beyond legally required limits for loss caused by device or system failure, a notification not arriving, network or Apple-service interruption, incorrect entry, missing backup, backup-file disclosure, use outside the App's intended purpose, or another event outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any nonwaivable consumer right.

You may stop using the App at any time, delete local records, or uninstall it. We may restrict a relevant feature where reasonably necessary for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or service discontinuation and will provide notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China without overriding mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Contact ourtinydays@kewoku.com first to seek a practical resolution. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Privacy questions: privacy@kewoku.com.

Our Tiny Days (com.kewoku.babylog) is provided by Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd. Baby profiles, care records, photos, and preferences are stored locally on your device; we do not upload or receive them.

Used only to provide the features you use: recording and displaying care events, producing summaries and growth trends, applying your growth reference, scheduling on-device reminders, and creating or restoring backups. In mainland China, processing of sensitive personal information relies on your consent and on the necessity of the function you requested; you may withdraw consent at any time in Privacy Choices.

On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App; a backup you export is saved where you choose and is yours to protect. We do not sell this content or provide it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or independent analytics services. Apple processes App Store purchases and we receive no card details.

Free-version advertising is mediated by TradPlus: Tencent GDT serves ads in mainland China and Google AdMob serves them elsewhere, both together with TradPlus Exchange. They process device and ad-interaction information, never baby profiles or care records. You can delete all on-device data at any time in Privacy Choices; withdrawing the overall privacy consent also stops advertising.

Requested only when you enable a reminder. Used to schedule on-device feeding, medication, or vaccination alerts. You can cancel a pending reminder in the App or turn notifications off in system settings.

Requested only when you choose to write the next medication or vaccination time into Apple Reminders. Refusing does not affect the original record; if you disable it later, the App may be unable to remove an item it previously added.

Camera access is used only when you take a baby profile photo. Photos come through Apple's photo picker, so the App reads only the images you select and never your full library.

The system file picker accesses only the destination or backup file you choose during export or import. Refusing it affects only export and restore.

Tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) is requested so that device identifiers may be used for advertising and ad measurement after you allow it; refusing does not limit care features. The App does not request location, Health, Motion & Fitness, contacts, microphone, calendars, or Bluetooth, and care records are never used for advertising or tracking.
